Flow stuck as "paused"

Hi,

I have a flow, which is triggered with a webhook, and it works perfectly. The flow then has a “delay” for 4 minutes before continuing. Unfortunately, and for no specific reason (it has always worked), the flow now just pauses at the delay step, and never proceeds… basically making the delay “infinite”, even though it is obviously and clearly set at 4 minutes.

Has anyone run into this problem, and what was the solution?

All flows are now processed there was an partial outage and I am writing the announcement for details.
