Hi Everyone,
We will start automatically deleting flow run logs that are older than 14 days for everyone in the cloud.
Please note that the run will still appear in the flow run table, but if you click on them and they’re older than 14 days, they will no longer show the step-by-step input/output and instead a message says that they are no longer available.
The reason we are introducing this change now is that we delayed this change in the early days to work on other features. However, our database has grown so large that it will start to impact performance, and the step-by-step information is only useful in the first period of time to understand the issue details in the run.
This change will take effect from 14th April 2024, and all step by step logs that are older than 14 days will be deleted.
