Feed rss trigger don't start

Hello, I have two automations that use “news feed RSS” as triggers. I purchased AppSumo Tier 3, so it should check every minute, but it’s not working as expected. When a new RSS feed is published, the automation doesn’t start. Does this mean I have to do it manually? Is this a bug? Thank you.
