I am trying to send data to my webhook trigger, but I cannot figure out how to use the data in my flow. Is this a premium feature? I see no way of getting the request body.

After testing and receiving the webhook data, you can map it in the next steps using the data insert panel. You can refer Passing Data - Activepieces.
