Does anyone actually support this product?

Our UI has prevented us from creating flows for two weeks. we’ve sent support messages, posted in this forum, escalated emails to leadership and still no response.

How are we supposed to get some support for the service we are paying for?

Sure doesn’t look like it. I’ve been trying to get a quote on Self-hosted Enterprise pricing, no response.
