While working with the Date Helper Format Date Activepiece, it had issues reading the date format and converting it to the format I needed. I had to go back to Zapier to achieve it with the same data set, so I know it’s possible.
The date data:
“2024-01-29T21:12:34.755Z”
The error I keep getting:
“Invalid Date format in MMMM DD YYYY. The value for “MMMM” which is long month cannot be found in 2024-01-29T21:12:34.755Z.”
The funny part is that the From Time Format option of “MM/DD/YYYY (09/17/2023)” works but the option for MMMM DD YYYY (September 17 2023), which happens to be what I need, won’t work.
While formatting dates using the Date Helper tool, you need to choose the format of your date input in the From Time Format field. Based on your input data, which is in the format YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ss (e.g., “2024-01-29T21:12:34.755Z”), select the desired date format you want to convert to in the To Time Format field. In this case, you mentioned the format as MMMM DD YYYY . Please refer to the attached image for reference.
