I connected my Freshdesk in “Connections” and it was successful. I headed on to creating a new flow from scratch, but I can’t find Freshdesk in the list. Am I missing something?

The Freshdesk piece currently doesn’t have any triggers, but it does have actions. Is there any particular trigger you’re looking for?
Hey thank you. A few triggers.
- When a new ticket is received
- And when a ticket status changes to resolved
- When a comment is added
- When any updates are made
The problem I see is, I don’t see freshdesk in the list at all while creating an automation while i see sheets, etc
Since the current Freshdesk piece doesn’t have any triggers, it won’t be shown in the first step. We will add these triggers to our roadmap.
Noted. So how would I do automations without the triggers! I guess I don’t know a lot about how to use it. Do direct me to some videos I can take a look at! Appreciate the response!
You can refer to the Activepieces Tutorial videos. It would be helpful if you could provide the use case you want to achieve, so we can assist in building the flow.
