I allways get : “"Fontconfig error: Cannot load default config file\n"”
Me too, except mine was working and has now stopped. The error message isn’t very useful.

Here, you need to provide the output from ‘Read File’ as a PDF file input in the third step.
Can you share the PDF via DM? It will be helpful to replicate it.
