Constant 500 error on Subflow, many flows stop working

I am using a subflow for checking my credits with Straico, but the Sub flow constantly keeps giving a 500 error, and as many of my flows are relying on the use of AI, most of my flows stop working. Please take a look.

I also updated the flow to see if that might be the issue but unfortunately no luck.

New issue added, receiving a 405 error too, probably related to the previous issue.
