Connecting Shopify isn't working

I follow the instrucitons, I used the exact store name and copied the admin token and it gives the error:

Connection failed: Invalid Shop Name or Admin Token

I tried this 3 times and deleted and recreated the app for a new admin token and input the new data each time. Doesn’t work.
