I’m encountering an issue while attempting to establish a connection to a MySQL instance using the MySQL action in ActivePieces. The error I’m encountering is “connect ETIMEDOUT.” Could you please review the attached screenshot and assist me in resolving this error?
I recommend you to check your server’s firewall and see if the IP is not banned for any reason.
Also check the ports opened on your server.
PS: I don’t know what are those IPs, but you can check your access logs in your MySQL server.

Ip is allowed, and also ports are opened on server,still facing the same issue .
we are not using the firewall in our testing environment .it is directly connected to the internet. we have only used the ec2 security group .
can you provide your IP for(https://cloud.activepieces.com) which is a whitelist in our testing environment?
