Compilation Error on Code Piece

I’ve had a flow working for over a year and yesterday it reported the following error (no changes in the year), and then I ran it manually but still an error. Can someone help fix it? Thank you.

I have the same problem with my flows for a long time already, I hoped it would get fixed eventually.

Code piece dependencies:

The error was something about “Importing files outside the step folder is not allowed” too, and now it’s this:

Same here since ~Sep 23 (our last good run was Aug 19, no code changes). Also on cloud.

What we’ve narrowed down: it’s package-specific. Steps using @aws-sdk/client-s3, fast-xml-parser and archiver fail with “Importing files outside the step folder is not allowed”. Steps using axios, luxon and moment-timezone still compile and run. Reproduces on a fresh test run, so it’s not a stale cache. From the stack traces, dependencies are now bundled into the step’s index.js, so it looks like the new bundler rejects packages whose files resolve outside the step folder.

This is blocking a production pipeline for us. @kishanprmr, happy to share flow links privately.

Hello,
We’ve identified the issue . it was introduced in a security change to prevent importing suspicious urls, but unintentionally it also made it prevent “node:x” imports
A fix will be deployed today
