We have installed the community edition using the docker compose with Redis and PostgreSQL configuration but all pieces, such as Webhooks, are not listed. We have confirmed that configuration but are still unable to see them. Any ideas would be most appreciated.

Check the log, It should say syncing pieces on the startup is there any errors? do you have firewall blocking connection to https://cloud.activepieces.com/api/v1/pieces (Endpoint where all metadata for npm packages live)
I updated to the latest version and that fixed it.
