This usually happens when one of the two occurs either:
A) You created the API key you are using before you activated your billing, so I recommend you create a new API key and use it https://platform.openai.com/api-keys .
B) You are using this connection in another flow/application that uses it frequently, in that case I also recommend you try another API key and if it doesn’t work you need to lower the usage that flow/app.
