Hey guys! So, ChatBase refuses to connect when adding the piece to ActivePieces. I’ve contacted ChatBase and they stated it is something with their connection to ActivePieces.
They said they have reached out to the team at ActivePieces several times, but have only received the automated response to go to the community. They do not have a community area account and stated this is something they need to speak with IT about, but support is refusing to get back to them.
Can someone from ActivePieces please contact Chatbase support at [email protected] (co is correct, not com)? Thanks!
