For the most part, inviting users on Activepieces was a paid feature. We changed that today, inviting admin users to your account is now free.

:nerd_face: Teams evaluate software together

It’s not uncommon for teams at the same company to create several accounts on Activepieces to evaluate the software.

We wanted to let you explore Activepieces at its full capacity really together, so we lifted the limits on inviting admin users.

This feature allows these use cases:

  • Large companies: Instead of setting up Activepieces separately, they share the same instance.
  • Small teams: Instead of sharing credentials, they can invite each other.

In your account, follow these steps to invite users:

If user1 creates flow1 and
If user2 creates flow2

Can users make changes to each others flow or is there any ACL (Access Control Limit) for the users not to mess other users flow?

Currently, all users can do the same thing in the account, there are some security features we’ll release for all editions later on.

However, access control is an Enterprise feature so far. We can’t be sure if part of it will be free later, we don’t like to start from free to we don’t disappoint our community if we make changes.

So we always start from Enterprise and open up as we go and see suitable to the overall dynamics of our users.

The pricing page still has “Single user” on the free plan, was this overlooked or did it change again?
