I have been trying to contact anybody from activepieces about a personal problem regarding the LTD and I have tried several methods with response including contacting sales. Is there an email I could reach, it’s pretty important to me

I have another flow that is very similar to this that has been failing consistently and I tried this flow as well and it fails every time as well. I’m guessing it has something to do with the Crowdstrike issue but I wanted to see if everyone is having a problem pulling the transcripts or the captions from YouTube videos. Does this work for anyone else or are you seeing it fail with the error: “Failed to retrieve the transcript.”
