Appsumo tier 3 plan (200k tasks/mo) only seeing 1000 tasks month

I have been trying to contact someone to help me via support email, but i get auto response to go to community. I purchased tier 3 plan via app sumo deal and unable to get the correct tasks. please help me resolve this.
