Where do i find the Instance Url *
The url of the AITable instance. ?
how do i know if is the right Instance Url .It looks like : https://aitable.ai/workbench/ …/ ?

Are you self-hosting AITable? If you’re using the cloud version, you can use ‘https://api.aitable.ai’ as the Instance URL.
