ActivePieces Community - Knowledge Base Articles & Tutorials (Proposal)

Dear Admin Team & Moderators of the ActivePieces.com Community,

I hope you’re all doing well!

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share a proposal that I believe could add significant value to the community.

My Experience:
With 19 years of experience in SEO agency work and web hosting support, I’ve had the privilege of leading training initiatives for my teams while also working as a Director. This background has helped me develop over 700+ internal training videos and 1000+ of KB articles for my own businesses. It may sound unrealistic but have replied more over 20-40 emails per day * 18 years = 150-300k support request in my career.

Over the years, I’ve actively participated as a beta tester for numerous seo softwares to test and share feedback / features suggestions etc, including some of the earliest AI-based SEO tools—such as Article Forge 1.0, which predates OpenAI’s launch.

While I’m not a coder, I have a strong foundation in programming concepts, AI-driven research, prompt engineering, process automation, data flow, and database management.

Recently, I’ve successfully built and sold AI applications generating a steady revenue stream. However, what excites me the most is the opportunity to contribute my experience to the ActivePieces community in a meaningful way.

My Proposal

I’d love to create comprehensive knowledge base articles, step-by-step tutorials, and video guides that cover:

  • Case studies, workflows, and real-world applications of ActivePieces
  • Detailed breakdowns of all pieces, their internal options, and how to use them effectively
  • Practical automation strategies to help users get the most out of the platform

As for me I have been using ActivePieces for over a year, I’ve noticed that while the platform is incredibly powerful, there’s still room for improvement in documentation and tutorial resources. I’d love to bridge that gap.

What I’d Need from the Team

To make this initiative as effective as possible, I’d appreciate:

  • A weekly call (up to 1 hour) with a tech team member to clarify technical aspects, discuss features, and ask my questions that arise
  • Access to recordings of these calls for my internal references only so I can refer back to them while creating content
  • Your feedback and suggestions to ensure the content aligns with the community’s needs

Even if I create just 10 tutorials/articles per month, that would result in over 120 valuable resources per year—which could significantly help new and existing users alike.

I’m happy to contribute this effort voluntarily, but if there’s any way you could support me with a cloud account or any resources to facilitate my research, that would be greatly appreciated.

Let me know your thoughts—I’d love to connect and, if needed, I’d be happy to go through an interview process if necessary. Looking forward to your feedback!
