Activepieces - Ability To Search Through Flow Execution History

ActivePieces - Ability To Search Through Flow Execution History

The ability to search data that’s been executed in the flow history to pinpoint which flows it went through to help troubleshoot more complex and multi-flow integrations as a whole. Would be cool to be able to use search operators or wildcard searches as well.

It’s a bit difficult to pinpoint where things went wrong or what happened with a specific run unless you can actually search the history and see the specific run of the specific data that you’re looking for.

Currently I believe the only way to do that is to click and open each run history individually until you find the one you’re looking for.

Eg.

Searching an email to see which flows it went through making sure the right paths were followed and it went through the right flows.

We are scoping this feature as it’s becoming important to make Activepieces more reliable. Any thoughts about this topic will be appreciated!

I believe AP already stores audit log info of each flow and each step of the flow.
i.e. Status of Each Step (Inside a flow) which is represented with pass(tick) or fail(cross x)
For a filtered Flow name during a specific date range,
A graphical represenation (appropriate chart type) or a table grid which will have

  1. Step Name/number
  2. Failure count.

Max. failure count hopefully will pinpoint the root cause where the flow is failing for the maximum number of times.

I meant more granularly like say I have flow “abc” that triggers about 1000x a day and I’m trying to find the specific flow execution that processed email “xyz@xyz.com

Currently, the only way to find out what happened is to go through each execution history manually until I find it, unless I’m doing something wrong lol

Hello, any updates on this feature? i really need this.
