Account billing issues - who do I contact?

Please can someone let me know how to resolve issues with account billing?

I have an account that should allow 200000 tasks free per month, but there is a limit of 1000 tasks showing.

I can see no way to contact ActivePieces sales - whenever I try and fill out the contact form, I receive an error message… asking for the work email address to be completed, even though the field has been correctly filled in.

For this issue the best you can do is contact support@activepieces.com with a screenshot and some guidance, you will receive an automatic email but they will pick it up from there.
