Unexpected Error - Can't Even Delete Step

I have an Extract Structured Data Utility AI step at the end of my flow. I don’t even need it anymore. Trying to delete but whenever I click anywhere on the step it goes to this error. I’ve tried clearing cache, tried in incognito mode, tried hard refreshing. Nothing working.
