New to Activepieces

Hi,

I’m new to Activepieces, and I want to build an automation with ConnectUC, which is a cloud-based unified communications (UCaaS) platform that combines a business phone system, team chat, SMS texting, and video conferencing into a single app.

Basically, when someone calls through ConnectUC, I want an AI to transcribe the call. However, I can’t get the “Find CDR” step to work because it always returns empty. That’s the path that should retrieve the audio recording.
