We are working on new utility piece called “queue” you can push things into it and pop then in another flow with scheduled trigger.
Another workaround for now use schedule with Get Next Row action in google sheet, you can specify a memory key 
So for example you can say run daily and pull new 5 rows with Get Next Rows action.
I hope the second workaround fixes your issue
