I receive this error message, in German:
Ausführung aus unbekanntem Grund fehlgeschlagen, bitte kontaktieren Sie den Support.
Translation:
Execution failed for unknown reason, please contact support.
As this seems to be the support or at least I cannot find another, please advise.
The flow in question is a web form (for testing purpose), a simple router, some text helpers extracting information from a text and an actual budget plugin. I only says “Succeeded” on the very first step, the trigger.
I have checked the forum search and have not found anything helpful to my situation, just some issues months ago where the underlying infrastructure seemed to be the reason for the errors.
